I have 3 beautiful children (Vivian, Pierce and Juliet) and have been married to my amazing husband Austin for 11 years. I’m a licensed intervention specialist but fell in love with the Montessori Method and received my American Montessori Society Early Childhood Credential in 2017. I’ve taught at the Children’s House level for 5 years and I’m thrilled to be in Little House this year! My heart loves guiding the children in their early years. The children have such a light and a joy for learning. My interests are nature, taking walks, and working out. My dreams are to make a difference in the world for others. I hope that my life will be remembered for serving and helping.

“The child is both a hope and a promise for mankind.” From Maria Montessori’s book, “Education for a New World” "The greatest gifts we can give our children are the roots of responsibility and the wings of independence." —Dr. Maria Montessori

I want the children in my classroom to know that they are capable of anything they put their minds too. I’ll help foster this by guiding them and assisting them when necessary. I’ll help them become independent and follow their interests.

I love following the child. I also love observing the child and seeing how unique they are. Everyday I learn something new from the children. Each child is special and it’s a gift to spend my days guiding them to reach their full potential.

West Side Montessori is an amazing school for your child. At WSM we follow the child and help the child reach their full potential. We create learning environments that both inspire and challenge the child. We’re a close community that works together to help foster independence, mutual respect, and social responsibility.
