Facility Rentals

West Side Montessori's Toledo Campus has four areas available to rent for organizations looking for an ideal and pleasant site for meetings, conferences, training sessions, educational classes, or adult sports.   

  • Facilities are available for rental only on days school is not in session—winter, spring, and summer breaks and generally, on weekends.
  • Availability for the gym depends on the schedule of West Side’s own sports teams.
 
In addition to the indoor spaces, West Side’s campus is spacious and includes:
  • Ample parking
  • Picnic tables and benches
  • Three main walking trails through wooded areas
  • A walking path around the soccer field
  • A labyrinth adjacent to the parking lot for contemplative thought

Fees for use of the meeting areas:

  • Three-hour rental
$240.00
  • Six-hour rental
$480.00
  • Nine-hour rental 
$720.00
  • Full-day rental
$900.00 (includes set-up time above and beyond a 9-hour rental)
     
Security Deposit: $240.00

Indoor Stage Set-up: $100

Cancellation Policy:
  • within four days of the event - full refund
  • within two days of the event - half of the deposit
*No date will be reserved on the calendar until all rental fees and security have been paid.
