Caleb Rowland ('20)
Caleb, now a sophomore at Anthony Wayne High School, was named a Student of the Month by the Anthony Wayne Area Arts Commission.
When reflecting on his devotion to the visual arts, Caleb states, “Art is similar to therapy for me. In a world that demands your attention and effort so much, art is an escape for me. I can be relaxed and unfiltered with my creativity and time and create things I'm proud of.”
Caleb plans to attend a college where he can ultimately put his creativity to use in a profession. The prospect of making art full-time is a future goal for Caleb. He is the son of Michael and Sassafras teacher Wendi Rowland.
