Part-Time Receptionist

West Side Montessori, Toledo Campus, is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist W-F 2:45pm-5:45pm
The receptionist shall serve the current and future West Side Montessori families and the community by promoting the school's mission in the following ways:

  • Answer telephone and provide front line customer service while maintaining calm, courteous demeanor, making every constituent feel welcome.
  • Greet all incoming guests, students, parents, staff, vendors and facilitate meeting their needs cheerfully
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, families, staff, vendors, and guests
  • Operate office equipment
  • Serve as a resource for administrative and teacher clerical projects
  • Prepare clipboards and nametags for daily visitors
  • Be aware of any after school activities and who is participating 
  • Verify and check identification of persons to whom students are released, according to information on the student record form
  • Radio after school childcare staff for release of students
  • Note departure time in child care records for billing purposes
  • Lock office files
  • Check and lock all exterior doors and windows
  • Lock and arm building
